Nevada-based precious metals explorer USCorp said July 18 that it has appointed Michael Love aspresident and CEO, and James Jensen as chairman.

The appointments come after Love, Jensen and Patrick Lawler wereelected to the company's board to replace Robert Dultz, Spencer Eubank and CarlO'Baugh, who resigned effective July 15.
