Intra-Cellular Therapies Inc. appointed Mark Neumann as executive vice president and chief commercial officer.

Neumann most recently was vice president of global marketing at Amgen Inc., prior to which he spent over 25 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and held commercial roles in neuroscience, cardiovascular and diabetes.

New York-based Intra-Cellular Therapies develops treatments of neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative diseases, including Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease.
