Heta Asset Resolution Bulgaria units look to sell NPL portfolio

HetaAsset Resolution Bulgaria OOD and Heta Asset Resolution Auto Bulgaria OOD putup for sale a nonperforming portfolio of financial lease and loan receivableswith up to €130 million in gross exposures and up to €37 million in accruedinterest.

Individualborrower exposures range from less than €1,000 to €5.2 million, according tothe April 29 press release.

Theportfolio will be offered in tranches and investors can bid for some or all ofthe tranches, with priority to be given to offers made for the entireportfolio. Interested parties are required to submit their expressions ofinterest by May 25.

Ernst& Young Bulgaria was selected as financial adviser for the transaction.

Theshareholders of the two HetaAsset Resolution AG units also welcomed expressions of interest forthe acquisition of the two companies, together with the portfolio, via a sharedeal. If such an interest is expressed, the sale process may be amended.
