Green Mountain Power nominates new president/CEO

Green Mountain Power Corp. nominated Mari McClure as president and CEO to succeed Mary Powell.

Powell announced her intention to leave the Énergir Inc. subsidiary after 12 years in her role.

McClure currently is senior vice president at Green Mountain Power, according to a Sept. 30 news release.

Énergir is a wholly owned subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.
