Hyde Park Venture Partners raised $100 million for Hyde Park Venture Partners Fund III LP.

The Chicago-based venture capital firm's third fund exceeded its $75 million target and closed at its hard cap.

The fund received commitments from existing investors including Richard King Mellon Foundation, Renaissance Venture Capital Management Inc., and the Illinois Growth and Innovation Fund.

Hyde Park Venture invests in early-stage technology startups across the U.S. mid-continent.
