Kew Media Group Inc.'s Our House Media Inc. acquired a stake in the recently formed production company 4East Media.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Production company 4East will develop and produce multigenre unscripted content, the company said Oct. 9. The production company is led by Sharone Ostrovsky, Peter Esteves, Liz West and Sonya Roberts.

Kew Media Group is a publicly listed content company that produces and distributes multigenre content worldwide.
