Norway Royal Salmon Q2 profit climbs YOY

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 104.9 million kroner, an increase from 4.5 million kroner in the prior-year period.

The normalized profit margin climbed to 10.5% from 0.7% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue climbed 45.4% year over year to 995.0 million kroner from 684.4 million kroner, and total operating expenses increased 26.2% year over year to 851.0 million kroner from 674.3 million kroner.
