The managing partner of JonesFinancial Cos. LLLP has appointed Vincent Ferrari, general partner,a member of Jones Financial's executive committee, effective Jan. 1, 2017.

Ferrari will also serve as a member of the audit committee, effectiveon the same date. He will continue to serve as Jones Financial's chief informationofficer and as a member of its management committee.
