Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione shareholders to vote on capital increase

Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ SpA convened an extraordinary meeting of its shareholders for Jan. 18, 2018.

Shareholders will vote on a proposal to increase share capital by up to €150.0 million, including any share premiums.

Shareholders will also vote on the proposed grouping of ordinary shares of the company at one newly issued ordinary share with dividend rights for every 10 ordinary shares held, which will be subject to cancellation of one ordinary share, in order to allow for the overall balance of the transaction without reducing capital.
