Spire Capital Partners invests in O2B Kids Early Education

Middle-market private equity firm Spire Capital Partners LLC invested an undisclosed amount in O2B Kids Early Education, in partnership with the company's management.

Andy Sherrard, co-founder of O2B, will remain as its CEO. Spire Capital Partners co-founder and partner Andy Armstrong, partner David Schaible and senior associate Rupali Varma will join the school's board of directors.

The early education services provider intends to use the capital in expanding its operations to reach underserved areas and to invest in its proprietary curriculum and technology management system for the development of its students.

Dentons US LLP was legal counsel to Spire Capital. Hinge Brokers acted was exclusive financial adviser to O2B, and Brashear & Associates was its legal counsel.
