BRB-Banco de Brasília to pay interest on capital

The board of BRB-Banco de Brasília SA approved the payment of 12.45 million Brazilian reais in interest on capital relating to the first half of 2017.

The payment corresponds to 33.53 centavos per common share and 36.88 centavos per preferred share. The amount to be paid complements the interest on capital advanced this year, the company said Aug. 14.

Shareholders of record as of Aug. 17 will be entitled to the payment.

As of Aug. 14, US$1 was equivalent to 3.19 Brazilian reais.
