Dominvs Group sold a commercial property portfolio in the U.K. for roughly £100 million, Property Week reported Dec. 7.

The 1.3 million-square-foot portfolio comprises 16 industrial properties and two office assets. It was sold to a private buyer at a net initial yield of roughly 6.75%.

The portfolio includes the 80,000-square-foot Interchange Business Park in Newport Pagnell, the 161,000-square-foot Kayley Industrial Estate in Ashton-under-Lyme and the 429,000-square-foot Walker Park in Blackburn.
