Mediterra H1 profit falls YOY

Mediterra SA said its normalized net income for the first half came to 2 euro cents per share, a decrease of 12.2% from 2 cents per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was €143,700, a decrease of 12.2% from €163,680 in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue totaled €5.1 million, compared with €5.1 million in the year-earlier period, and total operating expenses totaled €4.9 million, compared with €4.9 million in the prior-year period.

Reported net income fell 12.1% on an annual basis to €163,250, or 2 cents per share, from €185,620, or 3 cents per share.
