Aradigm Corp. said July 6 that Theresa Matkovits was added to its board.

Matkovits is with ContraVir Pharmaceuticals Inc., where she has been COO since December 2017. Prior to her COO role, she was ContraVir's executive vice president and head of drug development.

Hayward, Calif.-based Aradigm is a specialty pharmaceutical company that develops and commercializes medicines to prevent and treat severe respiratory diseases.
