Logan Property Holdings Co. Ltd. issued US$350.0, 7% perpetual capital securities May 31.

The securities, which have been issued through a private placement, were listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.'s bonds market June 1 at 9 a.m. local time.

Net proceeds of US$346.5 million are to be used to refinance some of the company's existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
