Lloyds Banking Group Plc issued a £1 billion international bond with a maturity of 7 years, Cbonds reported.
The notes are due Oct. 16, 2024, and carry a coupon of 2.25%, according to the Oct. 10 report.
Lloyds Banking Group served as the sole book runner on the deal, while Clearstream Banking SA and Euroclear Bank acted as depositories.
