Argus Group Holdings Ltd. intends to acquire Malta-based insurance brokerage FirstUnited Insurance Brokers Ltd., subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals.

Under the terms of the acquisition, FirstUnited will retain its name and continue to operate independently from Argus Group's businesses based in Malta.
