Shriram City Union lowers final dividend

Shriram City UnionFinance Ltd.'s board recommended a final dividend of 10 Indian rupeesper share for the fiscal year ended March 31.

The dividend is slightly down from the company's final dividendof 10.5 rupees per share for the priorfiscal year, the company said April 28.

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the company'snext annual general meeting.

As of April 28, US$1 wasequivalent to 66.48 Indian rupees.
