Operations at Antofagasta unit's Antucoya copper mine suspended after worker death

Operations were suspended for a day at the copper mine innorthern Chile, while an investigation takes place regarding the death of aworker, Reuters reported May 1.

The worker died from a fall while inspecting one of themine's installations.

"All operations have stopped ... they will return tonormal tomorrow," a company spokeswoman said.
