Sky gets streaming rights for 'Adventure Time'

Sky plchas signed a deal with Time WarnerInc.'s Turner for the exclusive streaming rights to box sets of Turner'sshows "Adventure Time" and "Gumball," Digital TV Europe reportedApril 14.

Under the agreement, many other shows will be added to the SkyKids app including "The Regular Show," the upcoming reboot of "PowerpuffGirls," past seasons of "The Amazing World of Gumball," as well asolder shows like "Scooby Doo," "Tom & Jerry" and "LooneyTunes."

The deal is reportedly long term and will cover content fromCartoon Network channel, Boomerang and Cartoonito.
