Berkwood buying Roscoe vanadium property in Quebec

Berkwood Resources Ltd. signed a deal to acquire the Roscoe vanadium property in Quebec from 1129961 B.C. Ltd. for C$15,000 in cash and 1.5 million shares.

The property comprises 40 claims totaling 2,189.19 hectares in an area of known iron-titanium-vanadium mineralization and features certain historic work and more recent geophysical surveys.

Berkwood said Oct. 13 that it will own the property with no royalties attached.
