California-based 1st Capital Bank creates 3 separate regions/profit centers

Monterey, Calif.-based 1stCapital Bank created three separate regions and profit centers as partof a reorganization in March.

The bank appointed regional presidents, who will lead the salesand distribution of the bank's products and services within their regions, accordingto the bank's 2015 annual report. 1st Capital named Stuart Tripp to serve as regionalpresident for its Monterey and Santa Cruz region, Steve Martin for its Salinas andKing City region, and Mark Andino for its San Luis Obispo region.
