ScrippsNetworks Interactive Inc. said April 14 that it promoted itsAsia-Pacificmanaging director Derek Chang to the newly created post of head ofinternational lifestyle channels.

In his new role, Chang will manage seven brands, includingAsian Food Channel, Cooking Channel, DIY Network, Fine Living, Food Network, HGTVand Travel Channel. He will remain responsible for Scripps Networks'Asia-Pacific operations.

Chang previously held senior executive roles at unit andCharter Communications Inc.,among others.
