Coca-Cola HBC AG said Dec. 6 that the company completed the acquisition of Italy-based mineral water and sparkling beverages business Lurisia.

In September, Coca-Cola HBC announced the deal to buy Acque Minerali Srl, which produces mineral water and sparkling beverages under the Lurisia brand, for an enterprise value of €88 million.

Coca-Cola Co. indirectly holds about 22.89% stake in Switzerland-based Coca-Cola HBC, which bottles beverages under the Coca-Cola brand.
