TPG Specialty Lending co-CEO resigning from role

TPG Specialty Lending Inc. co-CEO Michael Fishman intends to resign on or about Dec. 31 to focus on the European direct lending efforts of TPG Sixth Street Partners.

After Fishman's resignation, Joshua Easterly, who is also chairman of the company's board, will serve as the sole CEO of the company.

Fishman will continue to serve as a director and as a member of the company's investment review committee.
