Wauwatosa, Wis.-based mortgage lender Waterstone Financial Inc. is opening a new southwestern regional office in Albuquerque, N.M.

The branch would be the largest so far for Waterstone Financial's subsidiary Waterstone Mortgage Corp., with more than 100 employees working out of the main office and multiple satellite offices. Regional vice president Sue Millspaugh will lead the company's operations in the southwestern region.
