U.K.-based insurance and travel company Saga Plc is mulling the sale of two of its leisure travel brands that could potentially fetch a combined price of £100 million, Sky News reported, citing sources.
Professional services firm Duff & Phelps has reportedly been hired to gauge interest for Titan Travel and Destinology.
CEO Lance Batchelor is keen to focus on Saga-branded businesses and has reportedly considered selling noncore insurance assets in recent months. A Saga spokesman declined to comment to the news outlet.
