U.K.-based insurance and travel company Saga Plc is mulling the sale of two of its leisure travel brands that could potentially fetch a combined price of £100 million, Sky News reported, citing sources.

CEO Lance Batchelor is keen to focus on Saga-branded businesses and has reportedly considered selling noncore insurance assets in recent months. A Saga spokesman declined to comment to the news outlet.
