DanakaliLtd. has signed nonbinding memorandums of understanding for thesupply of an additional 200,000 tonnes per annum of potassium magnesiumsulfate, according to a July 20 statement.
The material will be sourced from the company's 50%-ownedColluli projectin Eritrea, East Africa, which is awaiting mining license approval.
In April, the company signed non-binding memorandums of understandingwith eight multinational parties for offtake of over 800,000 tonnes per annum of sulfate ofpotash in both standard and granular form, exceeding the mine's initial designproduction capacity of 425,000 tonnes per annum.
