In Green River, Wyo., Trona Valley Community Federal Credit Union plans to close two State Bank branches after their deal is completed, according to a merger application filed with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. on May 4.

The branches are located in Green River and Rock Springs, Wyo.

Additionally, State Bank President Mark Borders is negotiating with the credit union to appoint him director of commercial lending. Borders has more than 30 years of banking experience.
