July 31
Carmelo Marrelli was named as a director of Tintina Mines Ltd.
Athabasca Minerals Inc. COO William Woods stepped down from his post but will remain with the company in a consulting position until the end of the year.
Aug. 1
Castillo Copper Ltd. directors Joe Graziano and Nicole Fernandes resigned from the company's board, with immediate effect, while Alan Armstrong was appointed as an executive director of the company, effective Aug. 1.
Robert Barraket stepped down as nonexecutive chairman and as a director of Mantle Mining Corp. Ltd., effective immediately.
St. Barbara Ltd. CEO Robert Vassie and RTG Mining Inc. COO Mark Turner were named nonexecutive directors of Tawana Resources NL.
Boss Resources Ltd. director Marat Abzalov resigned from the board to lead the company's dedicated technical advisory board. Meanwhile, Duncan Craib was appointed as Boss Resources' managing director.
Alan Boys was named as chairman and a nonexecutive director of Spitfire Materials Ltd., effective Aug. 1.
Alamos Gold Inc. President and CEO John McCluskey was added to the board of New Pacific Metals Corp. as a new director.
Aug. 2
Joseph Goldberg joined the board of Ausmex Mining Group Ltd. as nonexecutive chairman to replace David Wheeler, who resigned from the post to pursue other interests. Goldberg's appointment is effective Aug. 2.
Monax Mining Ltd. Managing Director Gary Ferris stepped down from his post, with immediate effect, but will continue to provide geological services to the company as required. Subsequently, Ian Gordon was appointed to manage the company's affairs while it reviews projects with potential for near-term development.
Kate Southwell was added to the board of Asian Mineral Resources Ltd. to succeed Martyn Buttenshaw, who resigned as a company director, effective Aug. 2. Southwell serves as a vice president of Pala Investments Ltd.
Silver Bull Resources Inc. President and CEO Tim Barry joined the board of Sanatana Resources Inc. as a new director.
Filip Kozlowski was named as a director of Leading Edge Materials Corp.
Aug. 3
Jason Conroy was appointed as a nonexecutive director of Verdant Minerals Ltd., effective Aug. 7.
Metminco Ltd. Chairman Phillip Wing resigned his post, effective Aug. 3. A search is underway for Wing's replacement.
Andreas Migge was added to the board of Oracle Power Plc as a nonexecutive director, effective immediately.
Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd. Chairman Ian Watson stepped down from his post due to personal commitments but will remain as a company director.
Aug. 4
Volt Resources Ltd. Chairman Stephen Hunt resigned from his post as part of the company's board succession planning but will remain as a Volt nonexecutive director. Asimwe Kabunga, also a nonexecutive director of the company, was appointed as the new chairman to succeed Hunt, with immediate effect.
Joshua Wellisch stepped down as managing director of Kairos Minerals Ltd. to pursue other business interests but will assist with the management transition over the next few months. Subsequently, Kairos executive director Terry Topping was named as the company's executive chairman and CEO. Bruno Seneque was added to Kairos' board as a nonexecutive director.
Weili Tang was appointed as nonexecutive chairman and as a director of ECR Minerals Plc, with immediate effect, while William Howell stepped down from the company's board. Tang is a former president of China Nonferrous Metals International Mining Co. Ltd. and managing director of China Nonferrous Gold Ltd.
J. Trevor Eyton and Wayne Richardson resigned as directors of LeadFX Inc., effective Aug. 4, leaving the company's board with five members.
Navjit Dhaliwal was named as CFO and as a director of Navasota Resources Inc., effective March 10. Timothy Towers also joined the company's board as a new director, effective Aug. 2.
