IMAXCorp. and its IMAX China Holding Inc. unit struck a 10-theater dealwith Shanghai Aurora Movie Co. Ltd. in China.

Under the agreement, eight of the theaters will be added tothe company's new construction projects to be located throughout China, thecompany said April 13. The locations of the remaining two theaters are yet tobe determined.
