Banco La Hipotecaria to offer bonds worth $1M

Banco La Hipotecaria SA plans to offer $1 million in two-year bonds on Oct. 17 carrying an interest rate of 4.25%, the bank said in a securities filing.

The series AL bonds will be issued Oct. 19 and will mature in October 2019.

The issuance is part of the Panama-based company's rotating negotiable commercial securities program worth up to $100 million.
