CICC US Securities Inc. named Zahid Ahmed a managing director, advising consumer companies and private equity firms.

Ahmed will be based in New York and was previously a managing director at Perella Weinberg Partners Capital Management LP, where he was a senior member in its advisory team and consumer and retail group for 10 years.
