Saint Jean Carbon Inc. said Feb. 2 that it will start trading on the OTCQB market under the ticker TORVF, effective the same day.

CEO Paul Ogilvie said the new listing is part of the company's long-term strategy to broaden its international audience.

The company will continue to be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol SJL.
