FreddieMac said April 12 that it priced a new offering of structuredpass-through certificates, which are multifamily mortgage-backed securities.
The company expects to issue approximately $1.1 billion inK-054 certificates. The expected settlement date is on or about April 20.
The certificates are backed by corresponding classes issuedby the FREMF 2016-K54 Mortgage Trust and guaranteed by Freddie Mac. The FREMF2016-K54 Mortgage Trust will also issue certificates consisting of the classX2-A, X2-B, B, C, D and R certificates, which will not be guaranteed by FreddieMac and will not back any class of K-054 certificates.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc. arethe co-lead managers and joint book runners. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, LoopCapital Markets LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo SecuritiesLLC are the co-managers.
