Forrester Research issues Q2 guidance, revises FY'16 GAAP EPS outlook

Forrester ResearchInc. expects to report GAAP EPS of about 25 cents to 30 cents for thesecond quarter.

Forrester also anticipates total revenues of approximately $83.5million to $86.5 million. Pro forma EPS is expected to be about 32 cents to 37 cents.

The company also revisedits full-year 2016 GAAP EPS outlook to about 81 cents to 88 cents from approximately83 cents to 90 cents.

The company maintained its full-year 2016 guidance for totalGAAP revenues of about $322.0 million to $330.0 million. Full-year 2016 pro formaEPS is still expected to be $1.15 to $1.22.

The company reported first-quarter net income of $1.0 million,or 6 cents per common share, compared with a net loss of $224,000, or a loss of1 cent per common share, in the year-ago period, according to an April 27 earningsrelease.

Pro forma net income for the period was $3.2 million, or 18 centsper share, compared with $3.3 million, or 18 cents per share, in the year-ago quarter.
