Citigroup Inc. named Ida Liu to lead Citi Private Bank in North America, Reuters reported, citing an internal memo.

Liu is replacing Tracey Warson.

Warson will take on a more advisory role in the bank as chairman.

Rob Baillie was appointed head of State Street Corp.'s asset owner business team for North America.

Baillie is taking on the new role in addition to his current responsibilities leading State Street's businesses in Canada.

As head of the asset owner business team, Baillie will be responsible for advancing an integrated, strategic partner approach to the firm's asset owner clients across North America.
