Emperor Capital issues HK$81.5M of bonds

Hong Kong-based Emperor Capital Group Ltd. issued bonds worth HK$81.5 million.

The bonds, which have a 5% annual interest rate, will mature March 9, 2021.

The issuance is the fourth tranche under the company's plan to raise up to HK$800 million through bonds, according to a March 9 statement.
