Russian operator Rostelecom PJSC announced it completed its full acquisition of data center provider DataLine. The financial terms of the transaction were undisclosed.

Rostelecom's board had approved subsidiary Rostelecom Datacenters' full acquisition of DataLine in November 2019. The deal will bring the Russian operator over 500 corporate clients and grow its total commercial data center capacity to 11,500 racks, with DataLine looking to construct an additional 1,000 racks this year.
