Renhe Commercial Holdings Co. Ltd. said Wang Shengli, Hawken Xiu Li, Jiang Mei, Zhang Xingmei, Zhang Dabin and Wang Chunrong resigned from its board.

Wang Shengli also ceased to be the chairman of the board's nomination and remuneration committees, where he will be replaced by Tang Hon Man.

The company appointed Yin Jianhong and Yang Yuhua as nonexecutive directors to its board as well.
