Singapore-based developer IPC Corp. Ltd appointed Tan Sin Huat Dennis as an independent director and current board member Teo Kiang Kok as a lead independent director, effective immediately.

Tan will also become a member of the board's audit and remuneration committees. He is a director at Chasen Holdings Ltd., Renewable Energy Asia Group Ltd and Solis Holdings Ltd.
