Acxiom updates FY'18 guidance

Acxiom Corp. updated its guidance for fiscal year 2018.

The company now expects revenue to be between $920 million and $930 million, an increase of between 7% and 8% year over year after adjusting for the Acxiom Impact divestiture. The company previously expected revenue of about $945 million for the year.

It also expects a GAAP loss per share of about 6 cents, compared with the previous guidance of a loss of 9 cents per share. The company maintained its non-GAAP EPS expectation for the year at about 80 cents.

The S&P Capital IQ consensus normalized EPS estimate for the year is 81 cents.

In its fiscal first quarter, Acxiom saw a GAAP net loss of $1.3 million, or 2 cents per share, compared with net income of $4.0 million, or 5 cents per share, in the prior-year period.

Non-GAAP net earnings were $11.6 million, or 14 cents per share, compared with $11.8 million, or 15 cents per share, in the year-ago quarter.

The S&P Capital IQ consensus normalized EPS estimate for the fiscal first quarter was 14 cents.
