General manager of Argentina's BICE leaves

Argentina's Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior SA said General Manager Fernando Latorre left his position, according to a regulatory filing dated Dec. 14.

The bank, known as BICE, also said José Luis Morea would resign as a director and subsequently replace Latorre as general manager.

Rafael Robles will also resign as director, as of Dec. 31, BICE said.
