Firstrust Savings chairman/CEO acquires voting control

Richard Green's application to acquire more than 50% majority voting control of Semperverde Holding Co. took effect Oct. 3, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities' summary of activities for the week ended Oct. 10.

Green is chairman and CEO of Semperverde subsidiary Firstrust Savings Bank. He became chairman of the family-owned, Conshohocken, Pa.-based bank in 2015.
