Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, a division of ,named Dan McCoy president.

The appointment will be effective July 1. He will succeed BertMarshall, who is retiring. Prior to joining Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas in 2012,McCoy was managing partner at Texas Dermatology Associates.
