France-based Groupe BPCE issues $1.25B bonds

France-based Groupe BPCE issued $1.25 billion in international bonds, Cbonds reported.

The notes will mature Jan. 14, 2025, and carry a 2.375% coupon. The bonds were sold at a price of 99.402%.

Barclays, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Natixis served as book runners on the deal.
