Real estate investment firm CIM Group Inc. purchased the mixed-use LoDo Towers at 1331 17th St. and 1401 17th St. in Denver from Zeller Realty Group Inc. for $103 million and $86 million, respectively, the Denver Business Journal reported, citing Denver County deed records.

The publication did not receive an immediate response from Zeller or CIM regarding the sale.
