U.S.-based food management company Continental Services completed the acquisition of Sterling Services for an undisclosed sum.

Under the terms of the deal, all Sterling Services employees will join the Continental Services team.

Sterling Services offers services including corporate dining, micro markets, vending and office coffee. Continental is backed by Boston-based middle-market private equity firm New Heritage Capital LLC.
