Altacrest Capital adds interchangeable watch bands e-retailer to portfolio

Altacrest Capital bought online retailer of interchangeable watch bands Barton Watch Bands for an undisclosed amount.

The Dallas-based middle-market investment firm partnered with Route 2 Capital Partners, Barton Founder Scott Herz and a group of equity investors to fund the transaction.

Route 2 Capital, which provides capital to lower-middle-market companies based in the southern U.S., provided debt and equity to finance the deal.
