Marriott International sells Toronto hotel for C$335M

A Marriott International Inc. unit off-loaded the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel in downtown Toronto for roughly C$335 million.

Marriott retains a long-term management agreement for the 1,372-room property.

According to a filing, the hotel will undergo a renovation, primarily of its lobby and other public areas.
